Shipping

1. Customer must clearly and accurately complete the personal information in the online order form, if any omission or error, Rabbit Limited will not been responsible.

2. Customers buy the goods on www.chalaasia.com and confirm payment, the goods will be sent to the specified address within 3-7 business days.

3. Order confirmed, without arrangements cancel or make any changes, the amount has been paid for and will not be returned.

4. Free shipping for Industrial & Commercial areas via S.F.Express (will provide tracking number for reference) (Hong Kong Area only) For overseas shipping , please kindly contact us for arrangement.

5. The following areas will be charged a special area fee (HKD$30): Islands District Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Container Terminal (only delivered to the office).

6. If the customer provides other non-receipt of working office or home address, the company will not been responsible for the loss of the goods.

7. In case of any dispute, Rabbit Limited reserves the right of final decision.

Return and Refunds policy

1. We sell only genuine, high-quality products. However, in case you have received any defective items, please notify us within 7 days after receipt of the relevant items by email.

2. However, no replacement will be offered if it is found that the damages are caused by abnormal use or conditions, misuse, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage. We will simply ship back the reported DOA item.

3. We would not bear the following costs related shipping back the items:

- DOA items reported to us more than 7 days after delivery

- DOA items that are shipped back without our prior approval

- Any custom duties, VAT and / or any taxes or charges incurred from shipping the items to us or shipping back the items to the customers

4. Refund will only be arranged for orders that cannot be fulfilled. The entire refund process usually takes 7 days.
